This is the music that plays in the regal hallways of Hyrule Castle in Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past remade in Mario Paint Composer. This is way up there on my favorite Zelda pieces ever, seriously, and definitely my favorite from A Link to the Past. It was my first choice for a song to create from that game, starting it before my Lost Woods piece, but realizing I would never be able to record at the required high tempo on the computer I was using then, I tried to simplify it some... But I didn't like the outcome, so I shelved it. What I shelved is not what you're listening to today, though. This is the fastest piece I've done. Except for the intro at 1200, the whole piece is running at a flat 1500 tempo, faster than any piece or part of piece I've recorded before, but my laptop handled the task admirably. Spanning 7 files, it's also took more text files than any other song. I would normally talk about parts of the piece, but with 7 of them, that'd be a lot of typing. Besides, I expect the sound will speak for itself. Hmmm... *sticks in category other than music* Wonder if I'll get my first honors? =P Well, enjoy! Feedback appreciated as always!
