Bruce Harting, an analyst at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Matt Miller from New York about the outlook for U.S. home prices and Harting's expectations for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The two largest U.S. mortgage-finance companies may post further losses in the second quarter as the housing market deteriorates, Harting and fellow Lehman analyst Mark C. DeVries said in a note today.
