Dress is casual chic for both floors. Cooking Classes Over the years Chef Rosendale has provided cooking demonstrations for 10 to 500 guests. His presentations are always informative and exciting and sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The Chef is available for off-premises classes, as well as the monthly classes at the restaurant. Cooking with America´s Team is available at the restaurant. The book boasts more than 100 recipes from the chefs who make up ACF Culinary Team USA. The team won the World Championship in hot cookery for the United States at the 21st International Culinary Exhibition, or "Culinary Olympics," Recipes from the "Culinary Olympics" with more than 200 full-color photos of dishes by award-winning photographers--make up Cooking with America´s Team.
