Liberalizing the financial sector was one of the lessons learned from the Asian financial crisis, said Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong in an interview with CNBC's Arnold Gay. He also said that he does not believe another financial crisis will happen as the stock markets in Asia are very lively and share prices are generally at an all-time high.
