14-Year-Old Boy Killed while Riding Bicycle

Another life lost on the streets of Philadelphia. This time a 14-year-old boy was shot while riding his bicycle. This makes Philadelphia's 220th homicide for the year and it's only mid-July. FOX 29's Michelle Williams reports.
