This joyful song "Pairon Mein Bandhan" is from a bit melancholic (but at the same time very sweet) Bollywood movie "Mohabbatein" (2000) starring Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai. Mohabbatein is a story of eternal love. The scene is an Indian top private college Gurukul headed by an old-fashioned principal Narayan (Amitabh Bachchan) who is a strong believer of strict discipline. However, things start to change after hiring a music teacher Raj Aryan (Shahrukh Khan) who has a lesson to give to the principal. Mohabbatein was a breakthrough of a new generation of Bollywood actors like Uday Chopra and Jimmy Shergill. It won seven film awards in 2001 and it is a real treat for lovers of Bollywood romances.
