Well, I managed to get the third installment of the cheapos going 4 on 4 on each other as certain fans were hopefully anticipating.Fortunately with my return my Mugen started working again as well but despite that I had some prerecorded videos before I came to this strange problem with my Mugen. As one of the prerecorded Mugen videos I successfully gotten down is my third installment to "King of Cheaters", a series based off of the old Cheap Bastards 4-on-4 series. As for the teams and fighters they will be listed as ordered put: Team A: 1)Evil Ken (Reubenkee): Excessive and easily abusable amounts of invincibility frames, broken and unfair Ashura Warp, very overpowered combos and Supers, can cancel Supers out of just about any move including his Ashura Warp 2)Shadow Lady in Boss Mode (MGMurrow): Possible infinites, overpowered combos, heavy projectile spammer, teleports that let her break out of combos and retaliate, unfair quickness, unneccesary invincibility frames, broken Supers, many unblockable moves, Brazillian MvC combo chains 3)Isabeau (Ex-Infernis): Broken combo breaker, broken teleport, heavy projectile spammer, cheap strikers, overpowered, unneccesary invincibility frames, has special mode after first round that grants her Immolition (Fire Armor that harms whomever makes physcial contant on Isabeau) and insanely fast energy gain 4)Zero_Col (Zero_Col): Extreme projectile spammer, many attacks are unblockable in mid-air, teleports out of any attack automatically without taking damage except against custom states or when he is in mid-air, infinites, very fast energy regain, cheap strikers, cape slash heals massive amounts of health when used, cheap Supers, unneccesary invincibility frames Team B: 1)Naruto-Kun (Youkai): Broken and glitchy AI, can use Supers at will without requisiting required energy, loads of invincibility frames, unfair attack priority, cheap Supers, very broken desperation move, extremely abusable teleport and counter, gains energy insanely fast, excessive hitstun, overpowered block damage 2)Cheap Boss Type (Pneophen): Joke character that represents the epitome of cheap... Immunity to custom states, infinites, broken projectiles, teleports out of combos, unfair speed, has Super that slows down time, no Superpause, very overpowered, has Cheapness x10 Mode that increases brokeness after losing a round 3)Lord Oberom (Zero_Col): Can teleport out of virtually all attacks without taking damage even in midair as long as not strucked by custom states, tripping attacks, or when in the middle of longer lag attacks of his own (through his cheap AI of course), majorly overpowered, infinites, heavy projectile spammer, does excessive block damage in most attacks, tons of unblockable moves, can fly (not sure if indefinately) 4)Super Buu UB22 (Supermystery): Can teleport out of virtually all attacks without taking damage even in midair as long as not strucked by custom state (through his cheap AI of course), infinites, overpowered moves, 2 OHKO moves, one of the OHKOs is unblockable and can heal health to full even when missed, very long stunning projectile, insanely fast energy charge, can fly indefinately
