Batman star Christian Bale is asking for privacy. The 34-year-old Welsh born actor was arrested earlier this week on allegations that he assaulted his mother and sister at a London hotel. The star, who was in Barcelona for "The Dark Knight's" Spanish premiere, called it "a deeply personal matter." Lawyers for Brad Pitt are threatening legal action against anyone publishing recent photographs they say were taken by paparazzi of the actor and his newly enlarged family at their French estate. Pitt and actress Angelina Jolie, the mother of his children, have reportedly sold exclusive picture rights to the first photographs of their new-born twins to a U.S. publication for 11 million U.S. dollars. The money would go to charity. Will Smith is on top of his game. The "I Am Legend" star was Hollywood's highest paid actor last year, earning 80 million dollars (USD), according to Forbes magazine.
