Both Dem's and Republican's have a anti-war candidate. Dem's seem to have quite a few but on the republican side we have congressmen from Texas, Ron Paul. On the Dem's side we also have a lot of exitement about Mike Gravel. So where do they differ and in what way? Ron Paul wants to privatize every service of the government, including the mail. I'm not sure if he is for privatizing the military, or if he supports the corporate military in Iraq, i.e. Black Water corp. Ron Paul does not support universal healthcare and would eliminate the majority of government programs including elimitating STUDENT LOANS! Gravel is for cutting out goverment waste but not privatizing the services. He wants to restructure the tax system as well. Gravel wants to eliminate the income tax and instead have a higher "fair tax" on sales. Gravel is for universal health care in America, student loans, and also strongly supports evniromental efforts to limit pollution. Both should get more time in debates.
