Vaughn Expected In Court For Extradition Hearing

An accused killer scheduled to appear before a St. Charles County judge Tuesday. It's the next step in sending Christopher Vaughn back to Illinois to face charges in the murders of his wife and three children. Christopher Vaughn made his first court appearance Monday. A judge revoked his $1 million cash bond on a fugitive from justice charge. Vaughn's attorney has said they plan to fight extradition.
