House Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank talked about the mortgage crisis and the state of the housing stimulus legislation, including the veto threat from President Bush. His speech was apart of the 2008 Midyear Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo held by the National Association of Realtors at the Marriott Wardman Park.
