February 24, 2008 On Monday, March 3 rd , Albertans will head to the polls in what will be Ed Stelmach's first test as Premier since taking over from Ralph Klein in December of 2006. The Progressive Conservative Party has ruled the province since 1971 when Peter Lougheed ended a 36 year run by the Social Credit. The question for voters in this resource-rich province is, has Ed Stelmach shown that he has the leadership skills to lead Albertans?
