7-23 (CNN) She was the wife of an elderly Broadway mogul and became an Internet sensation when she brought the sordid details of their marriage to YouTube. Monday, a judge granted Philip Smith a divorce from his wife, Tricia-Walsh Smith. The judge called her Internet rant, "cruel and inhuman" and said the terms of their pre-nuptial agreement apply. Walsh-Smith gets 750-thousand dollars and has just 30 days to vacate their Park Avenue apartment. She spoke to the media today.
