Absolutely disgusting Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin "Benito" Scalia tries to undo centuries of western court precedence by revoking habeus corpus for inmates at Gitmo. What would, if he got his way, prevent the US Government from doing this to an American citizen? NOTHING!!!
