It's a coming together of random ideas from someone who has access to the Source SDK and other peoples' models. The focus of this mod seems to be to add new weapons and increase the difficulty of Half-Life 2 (albeit in new maps) by increasing the health of enemies, or decreasing the effectiveness of your weaponry. Maybe it's both. Whatever has been done to the delicate balance of Half-Life 2 that made it reasonably challenging yet always fun, it has ruined any semblance of an enjoyable product. - sathanas
