Channel 2's Mark Winne has a chilling, first-hand account from a beat officer about a man naming his killer as he was dying. The victim was Barchuntae Pugh. The problem for the Atlanta Police homicide detective on the case is that Pugh only used a street name "Fox." Channel 2 has a composite sketch of "Fox" and they want your help.
