Chon finds Roy at a shindig and asks if he could go to London with him to avenge Chon's father's death. Shanghai Noon buddies Chon (Jackie Chan) and Roy (Owen Wilson) travel to London to get revenge on the men who killed Chon's father. Chon's beautiful little sister is there, too, uncovering trouble for the royal family -- and causing trouble with Roy!
