Each home comes with computer area/room that is pre-wired for high speed internet. The kitchens are equipped with breakfast bars, dishwashers, disposals and icemakers, maple cabinetry and a built-in wine rack. All bath rooms have comfortable garden tubs and a spacious vanity. Every home has an area set aside for use as a dining room. You can enjoy the four different beautiful Atlanta seasons from the privacy of your large patio/deck. Select apartments even have lofts with vaulted ceilings and/or fireplaces available. We offer privacy as a gated community. As far as your utilities, Parkside is total electric, saving you from expensive gas bills. You would have to pay for electric and water each month.
