(WPTV) For her work in Dunbar Village rape case, Detective Lori Colombino has been selected to win the Outstanding Criminal Justice Officer of the Year award for victim's rights, West Palm Beach police said Friday. Gov. Charlie Crist is scheduled to present the award to her April 15.
