Every day, more orange detour signs are joining the orange construction barrels along North Broadway in Minot. And tomorrow, you can expect to see another sign or two. Crews are closing access to North Broadway from the west side of 20th Avenue North tomorrow, and will keep it that way for a few days. During that time, they will remove concrete and prepare the area for underground work. If your daily travels take you that way though, don't worry. The frontage road will remain open, and officials with the project say they will have access points for businesses well marked. As soon as they complete their work on 20th Avenue, they will re-open the west side of the intersection, and crews will move on to 21st Avenue, where they will repeat much of the same kind work.
