Authorities in California have offered a reward of a quarter of a million dollars to catch those suspected of starting some of the wildfires that have devastated the south of the state. 800 square miles have been affected, with 2 thousand homes and businesses destroyed. The FBI has been asked to investigate at least one case of arson.
