Here's my Pad Thai Noodles recipe as requested by akiracon. Instead of using flat rice noodles I've decided to use Vermicelli (clear rice noodles). Below are the step by step instructions: Ingredients: Vermicelli noodles (or rice noodles) Pad Thai paste (or you can use chili paste, peanut oil, a dash of sugar, fish/shrimp sauce) Lime/lemon juice Cilantro diced Green Onions diced crushed peanuts 1 whisked egg with pepper Shrimp mung bean sprouts Tofu cut into cubes Oil Vinegar 1) Boil shrimp till fully cooked, don't forget to boil the vermicelli noodles in a seperate pot as well! 2) On a wok or pan stir fry the vermicelli and shrimp with olive oil and vinegar. Add the cubed tofu and diced gren onions as well. 3) After about 5 minutes add Pad thai paste. Throughly mix the paste into the mixure till it is nice and even. 4)Stir fry the mixure for an extra 5 minutes and add your whisked egg. Again, mix throughly within the noodles. 5) Once fully cooked, turn off the stove and add mug bean sprouts. Spritz lemon/lime juice if desired Enjoy!
