.:PLEASE READ STORY:. It's been a while since the events of Advent Children, and slowly Cloud and Tifa have been beginning to fight again. "Which is it," she spouts out her famous line, "A memory or us—" only to get cut off by Cloud. "I'm Leaving!" He moves to leave, and Tifa watches speechless. When he pauses at the doorway she merely shouts, "Stop running!" only to watch him run away again. Cloud goes to the Church, and Tifa goes to town to look for Cloud. JENOVA, however, never sleeps. She is there to watch them fight, and takes up the opportunity to get revenge on Cloud with haste. She reaches out into the worlds of many and finds the Time Witch known as Rinoa. Rinoa, infected by JENOVA, cannot help but obey. She is thrown into the Church as Cloud arrives, but feels her body shift into an exact replica of Tifa. She realizes what JENOVA has in mind, and screams for Cloud to run, but he doesn't hear. Instead, he rushes to her, afraid that Tifa is hurt, and pulls her into his arms—just what JENOVA wanted. Upon the simply contact the infection passes from Rinoa to Cloud. Slowly JENOVA pulls apart Cloud's sanity, and shows him images of her fallen sons. Rinoa rushes to the city to find Tifa, and startles her. Tifa instantly knows that something is wrong with Rinoa and hesitates, but Rinoa merely grabs at her hand and shows her the turmoil that Cloud is in. Tifa draws back, shocked, and rushes to the Church. While Tifa travels to the Church Rinoa returns to Cloud's mind and tries to break through to him. "Don't you want to know the truth—who you really are?" Tifa finally gets to the Church and walks in to find that everything seems fine, but then she sees Cloud and panics. She rushes to him just when Rinoa walks in, and turns to glare at the young woman. Convinced that Rinoa is the one to blame, Tifa puts herself in front of Cloud, prepared to fight to the death. Rinoa does nothing but stare sadly at Cloud. Tifa is surprised that Rinoa isn't moving to defend herself, and backs down. Rinoa tells her what happened between JENOVA, the infection, and Cloud. Tifa brings Cloud home, and waits at his bedside, waiting for his mind to heal, unsure if he ever will and unaware that Rinoa has returned to space to heal him. "About a year ago, some things happened...and I had to take apart the memories chained together in his heart. But now, I'm putting them all back exactly the way they were. Its taken me a long time, but soon he'll be his old self again." --Spazzlings' Note— Well, I think it should be said that this was inspired by theOnlyDoylie and her RinoaxZack video. After I saw her video, I just had to try a Rinoa pairing of my own. However, this video doesn't exactly have a pairing for Rinoa, she's merely a character in the story. The whole Namine audio idea came from her too...Yep.
