Sept 29, 2007; THE LOGGING OF 1000 YEAR OLD TREES HAS NOT STOPPED AS OF Oct. 9.... Footage of the Al Gore Presentation in Vancouver, Canada. Media was let in for only a small portion. Al Gore was speaking of how wonderful it is that a leader like Premier Gordon Campbell could show the world his "green" environment during the 2010 Olympics. The British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, was promoting his "green" initiatives. The Irony of being given a seedling tree to "plant for the environment and future generations" then taking it to the Western Forest Products cut block and showing all the thousands of felled trees that, I guess, don't count... And they're in the Chapman Creek Watershed Reserve, so, does water not count either? In the edit is comments from people including one of the five leadership candidates for the BC Green Party.
