Leo Hylton, a suspect in the Pittston home invasion case was expected to plead guilty to four counts of aggravated attempted murder and one count each of criminal attempt, robbery, burglary and criminal conspiracy, all felonies, in connection with the pre-dawn attack May 27, 2008, at the home of former legislator William Guerrette.
