。黃館長強調，「精神拓樸-2009韓國的截面」是韓國當代藝術的取樣之一，對跨文化的探索深具價值。 「精神拓樸-2009韓國的截面」展覽活動，由光州市立美術館學藝員卞吉鉉策劃，策展概念從「精神」與「感官」的對應關係切入思考，企圖透過美術作品來展現韓國的精神世界。展出藝術家，包含：河峰鎬、許填、姜雲、金相年、李二男、李惠林、鯉鯉、朴修萬、孫烽彩等9位。展品形式則有裝置、繪畫、錄像及動畫等。 其中，藝術家李二男擅長結合科技與動畫，為眾人所熟知的古典名畫，注入新生命與新觀點。河峰鎬的系列攝影作品「赤信號」，則
