Interview réalisée au début de l’automne 2008, avant l'élection de Barack Obama à la présidence de la République états-unienne le 4 novembre dernier. Donc également bien avant les attentats de Bombay (le 26 & 27 novembre 2008) qui ont marqué un regain des tensions entre l’Inde et le Pakistan. M. Tarpley est l’auteur de plusieurs livres, dont "La Terreur fabriquée made in USA" qui est disponible en français. Elle nous semble importante, car elle apporte un éclairage sur l’actualité politique internationale à laquelle il est impossible d’accéder dans les médias grand public et même trop rarement sur le net.
