The manager of the parking lot of the building in Santa Monica where Richard Heene is reported to have worked talks to ET about the father of the so-called "Balloon Boy," a man he calls a "pretty crazy guy." Jose told ET that Richard had an office where he made demo reels and that he witnessed, on several occasions, the father’s temper. "He had a lot of fights with his wife (Mayumi Heene) all the time," he tells ET. "The kids, they didn't behave. ... He'd yell and scream at the kids." Jose recalls an instance when, he says, Richard got into a physical altercation with a female customer after she refused to pay him. The manager says the cops were called out.
