Tri California conducts training clinics for athletes. This clinic was held a month before the 2009 Avia Wildflower Triathlon at Lake San Antonio in Monterey County. Head Coach Reid Swanson, with Phil DiGirolamo and Eric Gilsenan guide athletes through each portion of the course providing valuable hints and tips.
