Wii: Blazing Angels Walkthrough London 1940 Ace part 1 of 3 This is how I earned an Ace Rating, and a 1939 1945 Campaign Star. I recommend flying the Spitfire V for this mission; it has the fastest speed, fastest acceleration, and best firepower of all of the planes you have unlocked thus far. If you have not already completed the standalone mode arcade with this plane to unleash its full potential, I suggest you do so now. OBJECTIVE: PREVENT THE BOMBERS FROM DESTROYING PARLIAMENT. When you begin this mission you will be flying over the Thames River, continue flying straight over the river at regular speed until you reach the first small bridge. Once over the small bridge, turn 180 degrees around, slow all the way down and fly toward the Tower of London Bridge. As soon as you are facing Tower Bridge it is important to keep your plane at the slowest possible speed in order to time your interception with the first (1) wave of enemy bombers correctly. Keep your plane low and follow the river passed Tower Bridge, this is the first checkpoint. Ignore the enemy planes highlighted by orange markers. As soon as red markers appear on the radar, press the throttle to the left to highlight the closest enemy target. Press (A) and you will see the first (1) wave of five (5) bombers, they will be above you and to your right. Turn toward the bombers staying as low as possible, speed up to catch up if you have to, but remember that the bombers are flying very slow, so as soon as your plane is within shooting range, slow your plane all the down. When the bombers are within range command your wingmen to attack, keep your plane at the slowest possible speed and shoot about six (6) rounds into each plane. If the enemy bombers begin to fly out of shooting range you can speed up, but only in short bursts, it is easy to fly passed them and you do not want to do that.
