Johannesburg, Sept 23: India won another World Cup with a thrilling win over Pakistan by 5 runs. India played splendidly against arch-rivals Pakistan to lift the T20 World Cup. India has won the World Cup after 24 years. Recalled all-rounder Irfan Pathan and new-ball bowler Rudra Pratap Singh took three wickets each and Pakistan, who started well, tumbled to 152 all out in the final over. Pathan struck again in his last over as Yasir Arafat was clean bowled by Irfan Pathan. Pakistan were tottering at 104 for 7 in 16 overs. Younis departed for 24 runs off 24 balls. Earlier, India were able to post a modest total of 157 runs against Pakistan in their final clash of Twenty20 World Cup on Monday.
