A cunning "cat" burglar is on a stealing spree and there seems to be no way to catch the elusive thief. Meanwhile, a movie premiere comes to town and the rich and famous all come to see the new attraction, only to find themselves in Pardo’s trap! Using a mystical pet cat to hypnotize the audience, Pardo steals all their belongings, but what the villain doesn't know is that Peter Parker is in the theater. Spider-Man soon finds himself in a battle with Pardo and must stop the trickster before the fight spills out into the city!
