A Prince William County father has one dying wish: he wants to know what happened to his son inside a Virginia jail. In early 2006, Billy Creed was arrested and accused of stealing a car. Police booked him into the jail and a few days later he was dead. His father tells FOX 5 he needs answers while he can still get them.
