心太鼓！みんなあーと2009グランプリ受賞！
北海道知的障がい者芸術祭「みんなあーと」は、全道の施設、学校、作業所などの知的な障がいのある仲間たちが自他共に認める才能や、こっそりと隠し持っていた才能を遺憾なく発揮する場として定着して参りました。そんな全道の仲間たちが音楽や踊り、色々なパフォーマンスを通して躍動します。絵や彫刻、焼き物などの作品が訴えかけます。そして、この全道のアーティスト達が集い、交流し、お互いを高めあう、そんなかけがえのない機会として開催されています。今回は14の団体がステージ部門に出演し、ワークセンターるーぷ（苫小牧）
