This is part-3 of a 5-part video series that helps teach individuals appropriate stretching exercises in order to assist in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, a painful repetitive strain injury involving the impingement of the median nerve in the wrist. Symptoms include pain, numbness and tingling of the thumb, index, middle and sometimes one-half of the ring finger. Carpal tunnel is often treated with surgery, a rather poor treatment option with a low, long-term success rate.
