该系统获得并列三等奖。由四川农业大学都江堰分校信息工程系地理信息系统教育2004级1班罗文、代勋韬、魏余斌同学合作完成。指导老师廖邦洪、肖海。 该系统主要是通过采样点的重金属含量数据利用插值分析方法对整个区域的土地重金属含量进行含量估计。还可以利用现有DEM数据进行栅格追踪分析，模拟现实中紧急情况下发生的污染物泄漏或倾倒，并对污染物的泄漏过程进行演示、并评估事件结果的影响面积及乡镇，判断污染物是否流入河流或与水系相交造成水源的污染。 该系统在环境监控及保护中有着重要的意义。可以有效的监控土地重金属含量的分布情况，帮助制订相应的保护及恢复措施，恢复土地的肥力促进农作物的高产。
