Hello it’s Friday, March 7, 2008. I'm Rebecca Field with today's UPI entertainment update. Elvis Presley's daughter Lisa Marie Presley is reportedly pregnant. The singer's rep tells People magazine she's expecting with her husband, music producer Michael Lockwood. This will be the first child for the pair. Presley has two children...18 year old Riley and 15 year old Benjamin from a previous relationship. American Idol finalists are celebrating making it to the top 12. The group attended a party in Los Angeles yesterday honoring them. Reportedly more than 36 million people voted to determine the finalists. 4 contestants were eliminated; Danny Noriega, Asia'h Epperson, Luke Menard and Kady Malloy. Next week the top 12 will take on Beatles songs...American Idol just recently got the rights to several John Lennon and Paul McCartney songs. Brooke Burke finally has her baby boy. The actress and her fiance David Charvet welcomed the new addition on Wednesday. There's no word on a name yet but Burke's rep says mom and baby are doing great. He's the second child for the pair...they also have a one yea old daughter named Rain. Burke has two daughters from a previous relationship. Ashlee Simpson is denying rumors that she was drunk during a recent radio interview. Oh her myspace page, the singer responded to talk that she was slurring her words and intoxicated on a Washington DC radio station. The singer says she would never show an interviewer such disrespect. Simpson says she was only tired from her busy schedule and uncomfortable by some of the circumstances at the interview. Celebrities hit the town last night to help support a children's charity. All My Children stars Chrishell Strauss, Bobby Eakes, Amanda Baker and Melissa Clare Egan all attended the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Gala last night.
