Britgaskets Nexus6.1 stirling backwoods motor. More progress with the forged rod fitting a threaded nut on bottom for secure position in hot cap bore. Prototypical and roughed I have a cnc shop to refine the basic concept. For those making displacer rods for home projects I suggest trying high end racing spokes! great quality and nickl plated for smooth seal in displacer guide. Only 10 more days till we apply the heat and find out if I'm full of hot air or the motor is full of hot gas, and holding it.
