This is the 40th night and I’ve lost a whopping 22 lbs. I am so glad to be done with the shots. 3 more days of 500 calories, then I'll start South Beach Diet, no alcohol, no sugar, no carbs for two weeks, then slowly introduce carbs. I'm excited to fit back in my tens, and to have reduced my appetite and cravings, but still have a way to go to meet my goal.
