أفرجت إدارة سجن بوركايز بمدينة فاس صباح يومه الأحد 1-11-2009 عن "معتقلي العدل والإحسان الإثني عشر" وسط استقبال حاشد من أعضاء الجماعة وعائلات المعتقلين. وقد كان في استقبالهم أمام باب السجن أفراد العائلات وذويهم وثلة من نساء ورجال الجماعة، يتقدمهم عدد من قيادات العدل والإحسان ومسؤوليها. ووسط أجواء من الفرح والسرور رفع الحاضرون أناشيد وشعارات الاستقبال "طلع البدر علينا من تنيات الوداع**وجب الشكر علينا ما دعا لله داع"، ورددوا منهاج النبوة "دستورنا القرآن والله غايتنا**ورسولنا العدنان زعيم ...
