An editor formerly employed by Richard Heene speaks out about the dad of the so-called "Balloon Boy" — who he says filed a restraining order against him after he quit and attempted to "mess with my life." Documents obtained by ET reveal that Richard and his wife Mayumi asked for protection from Matt Wineroth for themselves and their three children, Bradford, Ryo and Falcon, back in 2006. They claimed that Wineroth, who they called an "ex-employee," not only reported them to the Department of Children and Family Services, but they also alleged that he and his partner Josh Chase had stolen a copy of a database from their production company, My You Me Productions. Wineroth told ET that when he notified Heene that he was quitting, he just started "screaming."
