I think that Vicki probably went through the prequalification process with them. In other words, she probably divulged her budget and they looked at it and said that it's close but as soon as your mortgage increases in June you're going to go over the threshold so I think, Vicki, what you, and I'm just guessing but that's the only reason I could think of that they would say that you don't qualify until it adjusts again is that you are very much on the borderline.Ryan: Like maybe she was over, out of that $500 plus or negative a month.Mike: Yeah, exactly.
