'The Blind Side' may look like a football film, but it is really the story about the remarkable Tuohy family from Memphis and how the love and support they express for each other changes their lives -- and the life of the teenager they adopt. 'The Blind Side' finds Sandra as a well-to-do, conservative suburban woman who takes in a homeless African-American teen (newcomer Quinton Aaron) from a broken home to help him fulfill his potential. Faced with all-new challenges, the young man discovers a natural ability playing football and becomes an All-American offensive left tackle with NFL prospects.
