SHAOLIN - TONG ZI GONG
SHAOLIN TONG-ZI-GONG – BUDDHIST YOGA of WARRIOR MONKS: Art of flexibility. The Tong-Zi-gong is the essence of the best exercises of Indian Yoga, Kung-Fu and Qi-gong, so it is considered the most mystical Shaolin Kung-Fu. It is, along with the Qi-gong, the inner discipline preferred by the Shaolin Masters. Flexibility is crucial, because it is more flexible, more resistant to pain and can best withstand the pain, the quicker you learn Kung-fu. His body will be soft like brocade, light as a swallow and tough as steel”. Shaolin Tong-Zi-gong includes external and internal exercises; exercises to improve flexibility; exercises to improve strength and exercises to improve posture.
