This top-of-the-bill duet by Tedd Robinson is impressively physical and charmingly quirky. Their complex relationship evokes wisdom, wonderment and a mixture of humour/sadness. The daunting duo's onstage chemistry goes beyond their differences in height, ethnic origins and quantity of hair. This peculiar, droll, clown-inspired work features a pair of aliens caught in limbo, their limbs constantly flailing while trying to figure out their bizarre universe. Technically difficult, flawlessly performed and hilarious to boot, this engaging contemporary dance exemplifies the extraordinary eccentricity of Canadian choreographer, Tedd Robinson.
