iReport — Mexico turns clocks back over the weekend [10.25.9], a week earlier than the United States. Mexico isn’t going along with the longer period of daylight savings time that was established in the US in 2007 to save energy.  For the next week, if you cross over the border from northern Mexico to southern Texas, you will arrive in the US an hour before you left Mexico.  I was in Tijuana Sunday and spoke with John Kitchen who was educating the public about the time change.
