The movie, appropriately titled 2012, is about a group of people (led by John Cusack) trying to counteract and survive the disastrous events predicted by the Ancient Mayan calendar. Why do I get the feeling the Director Roland Emmerich has a thing for the end of the world judging from his past movies like Independence Day, Day After Tommorow, and Godzilla?? Take a look at this teaser trailer and see the destruction for yourself. Not a very long trailer but you get the idea.
