Home made pizza with home made dough and home made sauce. Add 1 package yeast to 1 cup 110 degree water and 1.5 teaspoons sugar. Wait 10 minutes until foamy. Add to 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix, kneed and roll pizza crust. Put in 450 degree oven for 6 minutes. The sauce is 6 oz. tomato paste, 8 oz. tomato sauce, garlic, , tablespoon italian seasoning, teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, red & black pepper. It’s best to let the sauce rest for an hour. ...
