电影《艋舺》在台北著名的夜市华西街，拍一场夜间户外戏。为了拍摄男主角赵又廷在艋舺混帮派与人干架的场景，剧组人员也特别封街，把1980年代的万华景象还原在现在的华西街上，因此也引来了许多前来观光的游客驻足，看看难得一见的拍片现场。 当男主角赵又廷与阮经天一出现，现场影迷便一阵骚动，大家都争相拿起相机，拍下心目中的偶像。赵又廷与阮经天对于能在台北最有味道的夜市拍片也非常兴奋，看见剧组人员很尽力的把时光还原到1980年代，更大呼惊讶!耗资巨大还原80年代场景，并封街拍摄，该片监制李烈表示，这是台湾越来越重视电影产业。
