Lukas (Ioan Gruffudd) takes on the case of a couple that has a ChildSafe Implant in their daughter, Erin (Mae Whitman), to keep her safe. The implant allows them to track her every move. They are now trying to sue ChildSafe because their daughter was abducted at a concert and the implant failed. She is discovered badly hurt and explains what happens to her parents, the police and Lukas. Darwin (Eric Schaeffer) takes on the case of Dave (Todd Louiso) and Sally (Danica McKellar). Sally wants to amend the couple’s marriage contract to state that Dave won't talk to blondes between 25 and 35.
